NASFAA offers many ways for you to get greater access to, and visibility within, the financial aid community. These decision-makers need to purchase your products and/or services and they are more likely to buy from companies that have high visibility at our conference. Exhibit Hall Lounge...SOLD
Sponsor one of four lounges that will be set-up within the exhibit hall (see floor plan). Each lounge will be set with tables and chairs where attendees can chat with colleagues or relax between visiting booths. Each lounge will also host (4) email stations where attendees can check their email. A large hanging sign above the lounge and each computer screensaver will display the sponsor's logo thus doubling your exposure. At the sponsor's expense, the sponsor may provide writing pads and pens for use at the computer terminals. This is sure to produce a great deal of exposure.

Badge Lanyards...SOLD
Badge Lanyards are inserted in each Conference portfolio, which is handed to each one of the more than 3,000 conference attendees. As a sponsor, your company name or logo is imprinted on the lanyard along with NASFAA's. This is a guaranteed way of putting your name in front of every attendee throughout all four days of the conference.

Beverage Breaks:

Beverage breaks are offered in the morning on Thursday and Friday and in the afternoon on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. They will feature hot and cold beverages in the morning and cold beverages with a special food item in the afternoon. You will have the option to provide empty water bottles, napkins or coffee stirrers, with your company's logo imprinted on them (at company's expense), to be used during these breaks and your company name will be placed on all break signs

Closing Breakfast and Speaker...SOLD
As sponsor of this event, your company will be acknowledged during the closing of the 2006 NASFAA Conference. You will have the option to provide a gift or literature packet (at company's expense) for distribution during the breakfast and your company name will be placed on all breakfast signs.

Conference Registration Bags...SOLD
Conference registration bags are provided to each of the more than 3,000 Conference attendees along with their registration materials. As a sponsor, your company name or logo will be imprinted on each portfolio along with the NASFAA logo and will be carried by everyone throughout the Conference. This is a guaranteed way of putting your name in front of every Conference attendee.

A continental breakfast is offered Thursday and Friday morning. The breakfast will include hot and cold beverages, breakfast pastries, and fruit and yogurt. You will have the option to provide coffee mugs, napkins or coffee stirrers, with your company's logo imprinted on them (at company's expense), to be used during these breakfasts and your company name will be placed on all breakfast signs.

Diversity Connection Roundtable...SOLD
Approximately 200 attendees are expected to gather for this networking event. As a sponsor of this event, you will have the option to provide a gift or literature packet (at company's expense) to be distributed at the event and your company name will be placed on all signage.

Friday Luncheon...SOLD
Your company name will be displayed on large screens in the room and you will have the opportunity to provide a gift or literature packet to be distributed to each chair (at company's expense). As of this time, a speaker has not yet been confirmed.

National Chair's Reception...SOLD
The official Welcome Reception for the Conference is a not-to-be-missed event for Conference attendees. This year it will coincide with the opening of the exhibit hall. As a sponsor, you will have the option to provide napkins, with your company's logo imprinted on them (at company's expense), to be used during the reception. In addition, your company name will be placed on all signs and announcements about the event.

Notepads...SOLD
A note pad will be inserted into each Conference portfolio, which is handed to each one of the 3,000 conference attendees. As a sponsor, your company logo will
be imprinted on each page of the note pad, along with NASFAA’s.

Opening Keynote Address...$20,000
As sponsor of this event, you will be acknowledged as the sponsor during the opening of the 2006 NASFAA Conference. Orientation and Continental Breakfast for Committee Chairs & Members...SOLD
Attended by NASFAA's leadership, this breakfast is the inaugural meeting of NASFAA's Committees. As a sponsor, your company will have the opportunity to be recognized by NASFAA Members who are active in the financial aid community. The sponsor of this breakfast will be acknowledged on all signage at the event.

Reception for Past Presidents & National Chairs...SOLD
This program is an invitation-only event designed for Past Presidents and National Chairs of NASFAA. As a sponsor, your company name will be placed on all signs at the event and your company will be acknowledged at the reception.

Registration List...SOLD
Each of the 3,000 Conference attendees will receive a copy of the invaluable registration list, which is inserted into each Conference portfolio. As a sponsor, your company name and logo will be displayed on the front cover.

Room Key Cards...SOLD
One sponsor for the hotels in NASFAA's room block who permit sponsors to print on their cards. Room key cards are given to each attendee upon check-in at the hotel. The sponsor may have room key cards printed with their company name and logo for distribution to each attendee. It is the responsibility of the sponsor to arrange for the printing of the card and to pay any additional charges assessed by the hotel to allow for the printing of the card. Charges assessed by the hotel would be paid directly to the hotel and would be in addition to the sponsorship fee, which is paid to NASFAA. State Award Banners...SOLD
The NASFAA State Awards are given annually to four state associations that have, through their innovation and dedication, developed outstanding projects that contribute to the financial aid profession. The Award Banners themselves are displayed at the general session at which the award is announced prior to being presented to the winning association.

The welcoming of new Members and first-time conferees is an important networking event for the new faces at NASFAA.
