NASFAA is utilizing the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin Resort as its Conference headquarters. All sessions, meal functions and exhibits will be located at the WDW Swan & Dolphin. Overflow housing is located at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts and Disney's Boardwalk Resort.

Housing Policies

Swan & Dolphin Resort
1. All reservations should be made with the hotel directly. Reservations may be made by mail, phone, fax, or via the web. Please note: Reservations for ten or more rooms can only be made via mail or fax. If calling, you must be prepared to provide all information requested on the housing form, for each room.

2. Room reservations must be received by June 9, 2008 and will be confirmed subject to availability of rooms in group block. Reservation requests received after this date will be handled on a space and rate available basis. The group rate will apply June 29 - July 14, 2008, based on availability.

3. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 10 to 14 days, please contact the hotel.

4. Reservations for 10 or more rooms: Reservations can be made via mail or fax only. A deposit of one night's room and tax is required to hold each room reservation. Deposits are payable by check (to WDW Swan & Dolphin Resort) or credit card. Credit cards will be charged at the time of reservation. The deposit will be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. To cancel or make changes to reservations, contact the hotel directly. For a deposit refund, all cancellations must be received by the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin at least 60 days prior to arrival.

5: Reservations for less than 10 rooms: A deposit of one night's room and tax is required to hold each room reservation. Deposits are payable by check (to WDW Swan & Dolphin Resort) or credit card. Credit cards will be charged at the time of reservation. The deposit will be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. To cancel or make changes to reservations, contact the hotel directly. For a deposit refund, all cancellations must be received by the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin at least 30 days prior to arrival.

IMPORTANT: Please note the earlier cancellation deadline for reservations of ten or more rooms.

Yacht & Beach Club Resorts & Disney's Boardwalk Resort
