Taxi Services

Taxis are available at the airport and the hotel; they can accommodate 4-5 passengers. Rates range from $60.00 - $65.00, one-way.

Hotel Shuttle

For your convenience there is a Mears Transportation desk located near the baggage claim area at the Orlando International airport. Fares are $19.00 one way or $32.00 round trip. NASFAA has been able to secure a coupon for $4 off the round trip fare. To receive the discount, you MUST print and bring this coupon with you to the Mears Transportation desk at the airport.

Disney's Magical Express Service

For attendees staying at the Yacht & Beach Club or Boardwalk Resorts, complimentary shuttle service is available from the hotel. Disney will pick you up at Orlando International Airport and retrieve your checked luggage, then take you to your Disney Resort hotel. And when the meeting is over, they’ll do it all in reverse.

Transportation Within the Disney Park

Guests of The Swan and Dolphin Resort enjoy complimentary scheduled transportation throughout the entire Walt Disney World Resort so you can come and go at your convenience.

A Friendship Launch offers access from the hotels' dock, running approximately every 15 minutes to and from Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios. Or you can take a leisurely stroll along a series of walkways that will also lead you to the entrance of these Theme Parks.

Disney shuttle buses arrive at the main entrance of the hotels approximately every 20 minutes to transport guests to Magic Kingdom Park, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Downtown Disney area, and to all other Walt Disney World Resort hotels and attractions.

Taxi, towncar and limousine transportation is available 24-hours and can be arranged through the Mears Transportation desk, located in the lobby of The Swan and Dolphin Resort. Reservations are required - call (407) 423-5566.
