Thank you for your interest in the NASFAA National Conference! While online registration has closed, you are welcome to register on-site in San Antonio. Just come to the on-site registration counter where we will have registration forms waiting for you. The cost for registering on-site is the same!

Members: $625
Non-Members: $725
$210 NASFAA Retiree Group*
$415 Daily

*This rate is available to members of the NASFAA Retiree Group.

Included with Registration Fee:
  • Opening Reception on Sunday evening
  • Continental Breakfast on Monday and Tuesday
  • Lunch on Monday and Tuesday
  • Breakfast on Wednesday morning

Change of Attendee

If you have pre-registered but cannot attend the conference and someone is going in your place, print the Change of Attendee Form and have your replacement bring it with them to the registration counter that corresponds with your last name (the original registrant). Once the replacement is noted on the registration list, a new badge will be created. No cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellation Policy (for those who pre-registered)

If you need to cancel your registration, complete the Cancellation Form and return it to NASFAA. Please note the cancellation policy below.

By submitting your registration, you agree to the following cancellation schedule:

$25 (through June 12)
$50 (June 13- 26)
$75 (June 27 - July 8)

If you do not cancel by July 8, you will be responsible for the full amount of the registration fees and will be billed.
