Complete and submit the registration form on-line. After you click on the "submit" button, a registration acknowledgement screen will appear, and you should print and return this form to NASFAA along with your payment. If you are paying by check, make the check payable to NASFAA and send it to: NASFAA, 1101 Connecticut Avenue NW, Suite 1100, Washington, DC 20036-4303. If you are paying by credit card, enter your credit card information in the bottom portion of the registration acknowledgement and either mail the form to NASFAA or fax it to NASFAA at (202) 785-1487.

The Symposium is available to NASFAA members only. The cost per registrant is $185 and includes continental breakfast and lunch. [Transportation, other meals, hotel, and incidental expenses are the responsibility of each participant.] Payment should accompany your registration; purchase orders do not constitute payment. Value Plus members are eligible for a reduced fee. Please see the registration form for additional information.

Requests for refunds will be honored only if notification of intent to cancel is received by NASFAA at least three (3) business days prior to the beginning of the Symposium. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be assessed.

An acknowledgement will be sent within fourteen days of receipt of your payment. If you do not receive this acknowledgement, you should contact NASFAA to confirm your registration and payment, and that the symposium will take place as scheduled.

Due to limited enrollment, on-site registration will not be permitted. If you do not prepay when you register, the registration fee is due the date of the Symposium.

In the event of the cancellation of a Symposium, NASFAA will notify all registrants. NASFAA will refund the full registration fee to any registrant of a cancelled Symposium who is unable to attend the other Symposium location.
