Special Requests / Attendees with Disabilities

Meal Requests

Requests for special meal accommodations should be submitted at the time of registration via the registration form, but no later than January 30, 2018; requests for accommodations submitted after the deadline through the online registration form will be considered, but NASFAA may not be able to provide the requested accommodation due to lack of advance notice.

Sign Language Service Requests

Requests for sign language interpreters should be submitted at the time of registration via the registration form, but no later than January 30, 2018; requests for accommodations submitted after the deadline through the online registration form will be considered, but NASFAA may not be able to provide the requested accommodation due to lack of advance notice.

American with Disabilities (ADA) Act

The Washington Hilton is ADA compliant.

Change of Attendee

If someone is attending the conference in your place, your replacement must complete the Change of Attendee Form. Once the replacement is noted, a new badge will be created and no cancellation fees will apply.

Cancellation Policy

When you register for the conference, you are agreeing to comply with the cancellation schedule.

  • $25 (Through January 19)
  • $50 (January 20 to February 2)
  • $75 (February 3 to 15)

If you did not cancel by 5:00 p.m. ET February 15, you will be responsible for the full amount of the registration fees and will be billed.
