Joe Donlay
Second Year Representative-at-Large, Colorado State University
Joseph (Joe) Donlay serves as director of financial aid at Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. Originally from Kansas, Joe has held previous financial aid positions at Wichita State University and Southwestern College. He has enjoyed being very active in his state, regional, and national associations in a variety of leadership capacities, including service as RMASFAA President, regional delegate to the NASFAA Board of Directors, chair of the NASFAA Technology Initiatives Committee, chair of the NASFAA Advocacy Network Task Force, and chair of RMASFAA's highly regarded Summer Institute. He is also a current member of the NASFAA Ethics Commission and a past member of the NASFAA Financial Affairs Committee. Joe is a past recipient of RMASFAA's O.R. "Jack" Hendrix Award and CAFAA's Postsecondary Professional of the Year Award.
