Join NASFAA President Justin Draeger and Dr. Sandy Baum, a nonresident senior fellow for the Center on Education Data and Policy at the Urban Institute, for a discussion on some of the most pressing enrollment and financing issues facing students and schools today. Draeger and Baum will explore the rising tensions on the definition of equity; the acute issues facing student loan borrowers and how the loan programs can be improved in way to fairly balance forgiveness and repayment; upcoming changes and theories on measuring student need; how to address the racial wealth gap, and more. Audience questions and participation throughout the session are welcome.
