Many financial aid administrators are uniquely qualified to lead enrollment management efforts at colleges and universities, but most vice presidents/vice provosts of enrollment management ascended via admissions. Unfortunately, the training of financial aid professionals focuses so much on the rules that we rarely see ourselves as enrollment leaders who can work in the "gray." This webinar will present a very brief history of enrollment management in colleges and universities and how financial aid administrators can "promote" their skills within the context of an enrollment management division, even if there is no official enrollment management division at your school.
