Blue Icon

When your written policies and procedures are spread across multiple documents, it can be difficult to identify incomplete or missing sections, and can lead to compliance issues down the line. Blue Icon Advisors, NASFAA's consulting service, worked with one institution to upload its policies and procedures into NASFAA's P&P Builder to flag and complete missing sections, which helped the institution create a more comprehensive manual that better represented its current practices. Before Blue Icon stepped in, "we didn't fully realize what could go into a policies and procedures manual," the school's financial aid director said. Learn more about how Blue Icon can help your institution with its policies and procedures.
