At the close of the NASFAA 2021 Virtual Conference attendees were able to hear directly from Southwestern College Director of Financial Aid Brenda Hicks, whose reflections on the past year as the 2020-21 NASFAA national chair left many with a feeling of hopefulness for the year to come.
