The United States Supreme Court’s highly anticipated ruling on President Joe Biden’s student loan debt cancellation program is expected to be released as soon as this Thursday. The two central issues stem from whether the plaintiffs have the standing required to dispute the program, and whether the White House has the authority to carry out the plan.
