Some members share how their institutions are preparing for a ban on race-conscious admissions, while others share their concerns. Members can also register for our upcoming webinar — The Supreme Court Speaks: Understanding the Implications of Race-Conscious Admission Decision — on the topic on Wednesday, July 19, at 3:00 p.m. ET.

The United States Supreme Court’s highly anticipated ruling on President Joe Biden’s student loan debt cancellation program is expected to be released as soon as this Thursday. The two central issues stem from whether the plaintiffs have the standing required to dispute the program, and whether the White House has the authority to carry out the plan.
