The Department of Education (ED) on Wednesday hosted its second day of negotiated rulemaking – known as neg reg – to provide a path to student loan cancellation, and gave an update on what the process will look like in the coming months.

The updated NASFAA Financial Aid Night presentation, “What You Need to Know About Financial Aid,” is now available along with the accompanying slideshow, guide, and participant handouts. NASFAA designed this presentation to provide students and families with a basic understanding of financial aid concepts, sources of financial aid, and the application process for federal student aid.

We are seeking someone who works full-time at a NASFAA member institution, has demonstrated leadership at the state or regional level, has experience with facilitating meetings and public speaking, and is committed to upholding NASFAA’s code of ethics.
