NASFAA Welcomes New Staff Members

Please join us in welcoming some of our newest NASFAA staff members who have joined the Training and Regulatory Assistance team as regulatory specialists: Michelle Thompson and Jennifer Philen; as well as our newest certification and credentialing specialist: Skylar Back. Michelle has worked at North Carolina State University since 2013, most recently as senior associate (deputy) director of financial aid, and has been a practicing financial aid administrator for over 22 years. Jennifer has been at Samford University since 2006, rising progressively from financial aid advisor to director of student financial services, and has been a practicing financial aid administrator for over 23 years. Skylar has experience with both financial aid administration and operational/project support for academic faculty and staff. We are absolutely delighted to have Michelle, Jennifer, and Skylar join our team.

NASFAA UPDATES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
