NEWS FROM NASFAA

The Department of Education (ED) on Friday announced that the functionality of batch institutional corrections will be available by the end of the “first quarter of calendar year 2025” for both the 2024-25 and 2025-26 FAFSA cycles. This is a change from ED’s previous statements that institutional batch corrections would not be available for the 2024-25 FAFSA cycle, and provides an important update in terms of timing of availability of batch corrections functionality for 2025-26. In the update, ED wrote it will continue to share updates as they become available.
