If someone is attending the conference in your place, your replacement must print & complete the Change of Attendee Form, and bring it to the registration desk at conference in San Diego. Once the replacement is noted, a new badge will be created and no cancellation fees will apply.
By submitting your registration, you agree to the following cancellation penalties and schedule:
If you did not cancel by 5:00 pm EDT May 31, you will be responsible for the full amount of the registration fees and will be billed.
Please Note: These fees apply to both “Pre-Paid” and “Bill Me” registrations.
Requests for special meal accommodations should be submitted at the time of registration via the registration form, but no later than April 28, 2017; requests for accommodations submitted after the deadline through the online registration form will be considered, but NASFAA may not be able to provide the requested accommodation due to lack of advance notice.
