The NASFAA National Conference will be held in person June 26-29, 2022 in Austin Texas. In addition, two weeks after the in-person conference, NASFAA will offer a robust 100% online virtual conference that will consist entirely of unique sessions not offered at the 2022 in-person event. Registration for the virtual conference is institutional rather than individual, so for just one low cost everyone on your NASFAA roster can participate. More information is available at nasfaa.org/virtual
We encourage schools to register for both events since they will offer unique programming.
To ensure a safe and healthy environment for conference attendees, reduce the spread of COVID-19, forestall shifting guidance that could limit our ability to hold an in-person meeting, and be in compliance with all current and possible future federal and local requirements, all attendees at NASFAA's 2022 National Conference must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to attend. A fully vaccinated event is the best way to ensure that we can hold an event in a mask-optional environment. Attendees should be prepared to show proof of vaccination at the event. You may read below about additional safety measures we will be taking.
By registering for the conference, all attendees agree to comply with both the NASFAA Event Conduct Policy and accept a waiver of liability relating to COVID-19.

Food trucks will be available as a convenience for participants and will be located inside of our exhibit hall.
Members of the media will certainly want to attend the conference sessions on Monday and Tuesday featuring the U.S. Department of Education’s top higher education policymakers, Under Secretary James Kvaal and Federal Student Aid Chief Operating Officer Richard Cordray.

To request a complimentary media registration, or an interview with a NASFAA spokesperson during the conference, please email Director of Marketing and Communications Erin Powers at [email protected].
Requests for sign language interpreters should be emailed to [email protected] no later than April 22, 2022; requests for accommodations submitted after the deadline will be considered, but NASFAA may not be able to provide the requested accommodation due to lack of advance notice.
The Austin Convention Center is ADA compliant.

Once you note a replacement attendee, no cancellation fees will apply.
