This webinar will provide attendees with a streamlined, practical analysis of two recent U.S. Supreme Court cases challenging race-conscious admission policies: Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA) v. Harvard and SFFA v. UNC. Attendees will gain clarity on the implications for institutional enrollment policy and practice — including recommended strategies and action steps to consider. Complementing the legal analysis, this session will feature enrollment professionals who will share their reactions to the decisions and ideas regarding ways to continue to advance their institutional diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with panelists, posing questions and reflections.
This webinar is being hosted in partnership with AACRAO, NACAC, and EducationCounsel. Members of AACRAO and NACAC can access free registration by contacting those organizations.
