NASFAA will hold a 100% virtual conference exclusively for NASFAA members* from July 7 to 11, 2025. The programming will consist of entirely different content than the in-person NASFAA 2025 National Conference sessions in Anaheim, CA. Sessions will feature content generated by NASFAA members, NASFAA Training & Regulatory Assistance and Policy teams, and the Department of Education.

$350 per Institution/Organization |
All institutions that intend to renew their NASFAA membership — or join NASFAA — for the 2025-26 year are eligible to register for the virtual conference at this rate. This flat, one-time rate allows anyone from your institution/organization listed on your NASFAA membership roster to participate simultaneously from multiple locations and devices and take advantage of all virtual conference offerings. |
If another person at your institution/organization has already registered, contact information and connection instructions will be displayed above instead of the registration process. If you need to update your membership roster, the person designated as the primary contact at your institution or organization can do so in the Manage Institution/Organization area of their myNASFAA portal.
Access to the live broadcasts of all sessions for each user on the institution/organization roster. Users can access content independently using their unique myNASFAA logins.
Opportunity to participate in an optional NASFAA Credential Training, as well as the opportunity to take the corresponding credential exam. Live attendance is required to receive complimentary access to the credential test.
Online access to all session handouts provided by presenters.
On-demand access, post-conference, to all recorded sessions for six months following the air date unless the topic matter deems the presentation no longer valid.
Since any member on your institution's roster can access all live and on-demand sessions (except the NASFAA Credential Training), no cancellations are allowed, and no refunds will be issued.
All webinars will include closed captioning. Other special requests or needs should be submitted via email to [email protected] at least four weeks before the conference start date.
NASFAA is committed to providing a safe, productive, and harassment-free environment at its conferences, trainings, board and committee meetings, and other NASFAA-sponsored events. By registering for the Virtual Conference, you acknowledge that you have read and will abide by the Code of Conduct for NASFAA Events.
When registering for the Virtual Conference, you must indicate that you agree to proceed. If you register individuals other than yourself, you also acknowledge their agreement.
