When you register for the conference, you are agreeing to comply with the cancellation schedule.

Cancellation Policy Fee Schedule

  • $25 (Through January 19)
  • $50 (January 20 to February 2)
  • $75 (February 3 to 15)
  • If you do not cancel by 5:00 ET February 15, you will be responsible for the full amount of the registration fees and will be billed.

Please note: These fees apply to both "pre-paid" and "bill me" registrations. There is no fee to perform a Change of Attendee. To change or cancel your registration, please fill out this form.
