$350 per Institution/Organization

All institutions that intend to renew their NASFAA membership — or join NASFAA — for the 2026-27 year are eligible to register for the Virtual Summit at this rate. This flat, one-time rate allows anyone from your institution/organization listed on your NASFAA membership roster to participate simultaneously from multiple locations and devices and take advantage of all Virtual Summit offerings.

If another person at your institution/organization has already registered, contact information and connection instructions will be displayed above instead of the registration process. If you need to update your membership roster, the person designated as the primary contact at your institution or organization can do so in the Manage Institution/Organization area of their myNASFAA portal.

Included With Virtual Summit Registration

  • Access to the live broadcasts of all sessions for each user on the institution/organization roster. Users can access content independently using their unique myNASFAA logins.

  • Opportunity to participate in an optional NASFAA Credential Training, as well as the opportunity to take the corresponding credential exam. Live attendance is required to receive complimentary access to the credential test.

  • Online access to all session handouts provided by presenters.

  • On-demand access, post-conference, to all recorded sessions for six months following the air date, unless the topic matter deems the presentation no longer valid.

Cancellation Policy

Since any member on your institution's roster can access all live and on-demand sessions (except the NASFAA Credential Training and Blue Icon Advisors Let's Talk session), no cancellations are allowed, and no refunds will be issued.

Special Requests / Attendees with Disabilities

All webinars will include closed captioning. Other special requests or needs should be submitted via email to [email protected] at least four weeks before the conference start date.

Event Conduct Policy

NASFAA is committed to providing a safe, productive, and harassment-free environment at its conferences, trainings, board and committee meetings, and other NASFAA-sponsored events. NASFAA prohibits harassment or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, disability, ethnicity, national origin, or other protected status. It also prohibits sexual harassment or intimidation, including unwelcome sexual attention, stalking (physical or virtual), or unsolicited physical contact, and threatening behavior.

These conduct rules apply to all attendees and participants at any NASFAA-sponsored event, including in online events. Any violations should be reported immediately to a member of the NASFAA staff. We also expect participants to alert staff or security to any dangerous situations or to anyone in distress.

NASFAA reserves the right to remove any individual from attendance or other participation in any NASFAA-sponsored event without prior warning or refund, and to take additional action as determined necessary, up to and including expulsion from participation in NASFAA.
