We invite you and your company to exhibit at the NASFAA Leadership & Legislative Conference & Expo and attend the conference. In addition to being an exhibitor, we hope that you will attend sessions when you can and network with the attendees..

The 2022 NASFAA Leadership & Legislative Conference & Expo will be held February 14-16, 2022 at the Mayflower Hotel in Washington, DC. 

Included with the $850 tabletop fee: 

  • One full conference registration
  • Company logo and description on conference website
  • Pre- and post-event registration lists (mailing address only)
  • One 6-foot draped table and two chairs

Exhibitor Details

Hours
  • Set-Up: Sunday, February 13 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Exhibit Area Open: Monday, February 14 from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Tuesday, February 15 from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Tear Down: Tuesday, February 15 1:00 p.m to 3:00 p.m.
Registration

One complimentary registration is included with a booth space. Please register online. You will have the opportunity to apply your complimentary registration during the registration process.

Attending Sessions

Exhibitors are encouraged to attend the pathway for which they registered. Due to limited capacity, if you wish to attend a pathway for which you did not register, please wait until all attendees are seated to ensure there is ample space. Information about each pathway can be found here.

Note – the FAAC forum is only open to those who currently hold the FAAC designation.

Shipping
  • Shipping your materials
    • Please plan for your materials not to arrive before Wednesday, February 9.
    • NASFAA will collect your boxes and have them delivered to your table top on Sunday, February 13.
    • Indicate company name on the outside of the box, if possible.

  • Returning your materials
    • UPS is on-site at the Mayflower. After you pack and label your boxes you can leave them at your table. The UPS representative at the hotel will retrieve your box.
