Change of Attendee / Cancellation
If someone is attending the conference in your place, your replacement must bring the Change of Attendee Form with them to the On-Site Registration counter. Once the replacement is noted, a new badge will be created and no cancellation fees will apply.
If you did not cancel by 5:00 pm EDT June 15, you will be responsible for the full amount of the registration fees and will be billed. You may notify NASFAA of your cancellation through this form.
