Leadership & Legislative Conference & Expo Cancellation & Change of Attendee Form

If you have registered for the NASFAA 2025 Leadership & Legislative Conference & Expo and no longer wish to attend, you must submit this form as notice of cancellation. If a refund is owed, cancellation fees will be deducted via the schedule below.

Cancellation Policy Fee & Schedule

  • $50 (Through January 3)
  • $75 (January 4–10)
  • $100 (January 11-16)
  • $0 Refund on January 17 and later

Please Note: These fees apply to both "Pay Now" and "Pay Later" registrations. If you do not cancel by 5:00 p.m. ET on January 16, 2025, you will be responsible for the full amount of the registration and will be billed. 

Cancellation Due to Illness

If you experience any symptoms associated with COVID-19 or the flu in the days leading up to or during the conference, you may complete this form and indicate so in the "Reason for Cancellation" field. You will be issued a full refund. We thank you for your dedication to helping prevent any potential spread and keeping other conference attendees and staff safe.
