If you have registered for the NASFAA 2027 Leadership & Legislative Conference & Expo and no longer wish to attend, you must submit this form as notice of cancellation. If a refund is owed, cancellation fees will be deducted via the schedule below.
Please Note: These fees apply to both "Pay Now" and "Pay Later" registrations. If you do not cancel by 5:00 p.m. ET on January 28, 2027, you will be responsible for the full registration amount and will be billed.
Cancellation Due to Illness
If you experience any symptoms associated with COVID-19 or the flu in the days leading up to or during the conference, you may complete the Cancellation Form and indicate so in the "Reason for Cancellation" field. You will be issued a full refund. We thank you for your dedication to helping prevent any potential spread and keeping other conference attendees and staff safe.
