Next Steps for Speakers & Moderators
If your session was accepted for the NASFAA 2026 program, you may be wondering, "What do I do next?"
Here are some required and suggested action items:
Register and Reserve Your Hotel Room
Update Your Speaker Information
- To update your information, log in to the My Sessions area. Using the Action drop-down menu (or the links at the bottom of the page), you can:
- Upload or update your speaker headshot
- Add a brief biography to help attendees learn more about you
- Confirm your intent to present (if you have not already done so)
- Edits to session descriptions and speaker information are permitted through April 30, 2026. After that date, please contact [email protected] for assistance with updates.
Download the NASFAA 2026 Presentation Template
- The NASFAA 2026 presentation slide template is available for direct download and through Google Slides (please make a copy to create your own version).
- Upload your presentation handouts and any supporting materials for attendees.
- To upload materials:
- Log in to the My Sessions area.
- Use the Action drop-down menu next to your session and select Manage Handouts.
- Choose Add Handout to upload your file(s).
Highlight Your Session
- Create a personalized "I'm Presenting" graphic using our new Canva template or download the pre-made graphics below. Please note: a Canva account is required to use the template, but you can create one at no cost.
- Suggested text for social media: I'm excited to present at the @NASFAA 2026 National Conference this summer in National Harbor, MD! You can attend my session, [SESSION TITLE], to learn about [ADD 1-3 GENERAL HIGHLIGHTS FROM YOUR PRESENTATION]. Register for #NASFAA2026 at nasfaa.org/conference.
