How to Reserve Your Room
You must register to attend the conference before you can book your hotel room. Once the registration process is complete, select "Book your hotel reservations now" on the confirmation page to proceed to the reservations area. Users will not be automatically directed from the confirmation page. Hotel reservation instructions are also included in the registration confirmation email.
IMN Solutions will email reservation acknowledgments within 24 hours if booked online or by telephone. If you do not receive your acknowledgment in this time frame, please contact IMN Solutions at [email protected]. You will not receive written confirmation from the hotel until after the reservation close date of May 26, 2025.

Travel Delays
If you experience any travel delays, please contact the hotel where you will be staying to ask them to modify your reservation and/or hold a room.

- Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort / Convention Center - $275.00 (.3 miles from the Anaheim Convention Center)
- Hyatt House at the Anaheim Resort / Convention Center - $275.00 (.4 miles from the Anaheim Convention Center)
- Hyatt Place at the Anaheim Resort / Convention Center - $265.00 (.3 miles from the Anaheim Convention Center)
Housing Policies
- Reservations must be received by IMN Solutions by May 26, 2025. After May 26, the convention rate is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.
- Reservations will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and according to room availability.
- Individuals making reservations may secure their reservation by providing a credit card that will be placed on file in order to hold the reservation. This credit card will not be charged unless a cancellation occurs under the terms of the cancellation policy.
- Under the terms of service, cancellations received after May 26, 2025 will be charged a processing fee equal to one night’s room rate and applicable taxes. This fee will be charged at the time of cancellation by IMN Solutions for each room reservation canceled.
- Individual hotel cancellation policies vary, but room reservations canceled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax to the credit card on file with the reservation. Your specific hotel cancellation policy will be listed in your reservation acknowledgment.
