NASFAA 2021 Cancellation & Change of Attendee Form

If you registered for the on-site convening and wish to cancel your registration, change the attendee from your institution, or update your registration type from registration for the on-site event to registration for the NASFAA 2021 Conference Retrospectives, please complete the form below. There is no charge for a change of attendee.

When you register for the conference, you are agreeing to comply with the following cancellation fee schedule: 

  • $25 (Through May 14)
  • $50 (May 15 - May 28)
  • $75 (May 29 - June 4)

If you do not cancel by 5:00 p.m. ET on June 4, 2021, you will be responsible for the full amount of the registration fees and will be billed.  

If unforeseen circumstances arise that prohibit NASFAA from hosting its planned in-person convening:

  • NASFAA will notify registrants for the on-site NASFAA 2021 national conference that their in-person registration has been canceled without penalty; these registrants will be given the option to register, instead, for the NASFAA 2021 Conference Retrospectives and will be invoiced accordingly.
  • Session presenters will still convene to record the sessions designated as NASFAA 2021 Conference Retrospectives. These will air at established dates, along with a live Q&A hosted by NASFAA staff.
    • Please note, because these sessions will be recorded and provided even if the on-site event cannot be carried out as planned, no refunds or cancellations will be offered for NASFAA 2021 Conference Retrospectives registration.
