On the Exhibitor Management page, you can find the information to plan your participation at the NASFAA 2026 National Conference. You can manage your virtual booth display information and access your account to print or pay invoices. 

Service Kit and Shipping Information

The NASFAA 2026 National Conference service kit is now available. This is your comprehensive guide to a successful exhibitor experience, with details regarding shipping, deadlines, on-site event services, order placement (internet, food & beverage, electric, AV), and more.

Once onsite, accessible storage is available for any items too large to store at your booth. Please view the storage order form for details.

    • No large equipment on the floor from 3:00 – 4:00

Conference Attendee/Email List & Solicitations

All NASFAA National Conference exhibitors and sponsors will receive the attendee list for free, including email addresses for those who opt-in to receive exhbitor communications. Please refer to our full email policy for more information on the timing of the lists, restrictions on message content and volume, and more. 

Communication from any entity outside of NASFAA regarding an attendee list for our National Conference is fraudulent. Please forward these messages to Carissa Uhlman or reach out if you have any questions. 

Badge Scanning 

NASFAA has partnered with Cvent to to offer lead retrieval (badge scanning) services through Cvent's LeadCapture app.  Choose from the following app license options to allow your booth staff to scan badges from their own devices:

  • 3-pack LeadCapture License - $499
  • Single LeadCapture License - $249
  • Additional LeadCapture License - $149

  • January 9, 2026 - 10% deposit due for right of first refusal orders
  • Friday, March 6, 2026 - Deadline to submit Business Affiliate Seminar (if applicable)
  • Friday, March 27, 2026 - Exhibit cancellation deadline
  • Thursday, April 30, 2026 - Early bird conference registration deadline
  • Friday, May 1, 2026 - Charity Sponsor registration deadline
  • Friday, May 1, 2026 - Final payment due (for all exhibit booth space and sponsorship items purchased)
  • Friday, May 29, 2026 - Hotel reservation deadline
  • Friday, June 5, 2026 - Deadline for exhibitor sign-up
  • Friday, June 5, 2026 - Deadline to RSVP for exhibitor & sponsor appreciation brunch
  • Friday, June 12, 2026 - Company information for online exhibit information due
  • Friday, June 12, 2026 - Deadline for advance warehouse shipping discount
  • Friday, June 26, 2026 - Final deadline for items to arrive at the shipping warehouse
