Samuel Witt brings over a decade of leadership in student financial aid technology. As COO of Vocado from 2012 to 2018, he guided the company through its acquisition and evolution into Oracle Student Financial Aid, overseeing daily operations and product development in close partnership with early adopters. Currently, Samuel serves as Vice President of Product Management and leads Oracle’s Higher Education Development Center of Excellence. He works closely with customers and implementation partners to drive successful institutional transformation. Internally, Sam bridges Engineering, Product, Support, and Go-to-Market teams as a trusted advocate for customer needs. He is a founding board member of the Oracle Student Financial Aid Customer Advisory Board established in 2023. Samuel is also at the forefront of Oracle’s AI strategy in higher education. As a certified Oracle Generative AI Foundational expert, he leads initiatives that integrate AI capabilities into Oracle Student Financial Aid, with a focus on delivering practical, high-impact solutions that enhance institutional performance and student outcomes.
