I Cry a Lot, But I Am So Productive (Taylor's Version): Managing Stress and Slaying the Financial Aid Game

Session Type:

Concurrent Session
Financial aid administration can feel like a never-ending 'All Too Well (10 Minute Version)' — rewarding yet overwhelming. In this session, two financial aid administrators will share how the pressures of the job impact us emotionally and physically. We'll break down what stress can do to your body and, more importantly, teach strategies to help you "Shake It Off." From delegating tasks so you’re not stuck in a "Labyrinth," to setting boundaries by saying "no" without feeling like the "Anti-Hero," and even asking for additional staff or support — this session is your survival guide for thriving in the Eras Tour of financial aid. Come laugh, maybe cry a little, but leave feeling empowered to manage the chaos and "Fearless" in the face of stress.

Tuesday, June 30
