Blue Icon Advisors honors the trust our clients place in us for consulting services. We also recognize the confidential nature of the information schools may share before, during, and after any consulting inquiry or engagement.
All information concerning clients (potential, current, and former) is considered confidential. We reserve the right to discuss client projects with Blue Icon staff, and NASFAA staff, and independent consultants, when appropriate. All staff and consultants sign a confidentiality agreement, which is available upon request.
Blue Icon Advisors will only release client information with written authorization from the client. In rare and extreme cases, however, Blue Icon may be required to disclose confidential information in confidence directly or indirectly to federal, state, or local government officials.
Questions about our confidentiality practices may be directed to Mindy Eline, Blue Icon's Executive Director.
