Financial aid staff must have the training and skills to award, process, and disburse federal Title IV aid, while maintaining compliance with the rules and regulations.

Blue Icon offers you a choice of overview or in-depth training on all 17 NASFAA training topics, including Return of Title IV Funds, Consumer Information, and Verification. With in-depth training, you and your staff are qualified to sit for the respective NASFAA CREDENTIAL TEST.

Customer Service Training for Financial Aid Professionals
