This training provides participants with timely and practical knowledge of Title IV rules and regulations within system parameters. Real-time application and training of system capabilities considering the selected topics can be provided. For example, we can deliver need analysis training to your team and apply the knowledge with an overview of how need analysis functions within your financial aid management system.
In addition to Title IV training, Blue Icon has developed a robust, interactive customer service training experience, which is customized for your school type, size, and student population. Training includes small group activities and facilitated discussions to explore concepts presented to improve customer service for the individual. Each session can be recorded so you can train future staff. (Recordings available up to 12 months).
Consider other essential skills for your team’s professional development. We will work with you to determine your staff training needs and develop a plan and timeline to meet your training goals. This training provides participants with best practices and timely practical knowledge around defined topics.
Blue Icon's custom training helped get our new team members up to speed quickly so we don't feel like a "new" office. I also participated in new director group coaching, which gave me invaluable tips to build the office and my confidence as a leader."
