Overview and Credential Training
Financial aid staff must have the training and skills to award, process, and disburse federal Title IV aid, while maintaining compliance with the rules and regulations.
Blue Icon offers you a choice of overview or credential training on all 17 NASFAA TRAINING TOPICS, including Return of Title IV Funds, Consumer Information, and Verification. At the conclusion of the credential training, attendees are eligible to sit for the respective NASFAA CREDENTIAL TEST.

Applied Knowledge Training
This training provides participants with timely and practical knowledge of Title IV rules and regulations within system parameters. Real-time application and training of system capabilities considering the selected topics can be provided. For example, we can deliver need analysis training to your team and apply the knowledge with an overview of how need analysis functions within your financial aid management system.
Customer Service Training for Financial Aid Professionals
In addition to Title IV training, Blue Icon has developed a robust, interactive customer service training experience, which is customized for your school type, size, and student population. Training includes small group activities and facilitated discussions to explore concepts presented to improve customer service for the individual. Each session can be recorded so you can train future staff. (Recordings available up to 12 months).
