If your goal is to become a financial aid director, we invite you to participate in a professional development opportunity designed especially for you, Aspiring Director Group Coaching!

Schedule

All meetings will take place on Fridays, 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. ET. You must participate in meetings as scheduled, with any exceptions approved by Blue Icon Advisors, and complete all homework assignments. The expected commitment weekly is 2 hours for the group session and 1-4 hours for the homework assignments.

Note: Weekly meetings will be recorded for those who develop unexpected conflicts during the 6-week period. However, live virtual attendance is needed each week for dialogue and conversation as we discuss the application of ideas and concepts.

Equipment Requirements

To participate, you must be able to fully engage with the online-based meeting. This includes having a webcam or video input on your computer or device and having both a microphone and speakers for active audio participation. Sessions will depend on Zoom video conferencing software (zoom.us) and Google Classroom. You can use new or existing accounts for these services; they are not tied to any NASFAA or Blue Icon account. To ensure the best possible experience, participants are strongly discouraged from participating only by phone.
