Now Hiring: Specialized Consultants

Blue Icon is currently accepting consultant applications exclusively for the following project areas:

• Interim Staffing: must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week to support processing, leadership, and systems assistance. 
• Financial Aid Management Systems (FAMS) Consultant: prefer current experience with J1 or Workday.

If you are interested in the exclusive projects and meet the criteria, we encourage you to apply.

Please note: Blue Icon is continuously seeking qualified Financial Aid Consultants for current and anticipated client engagements. We will not be conducting interviews or moving applications forward unless your qualifications meet the specialized consultant requirements outlined above. All other submitted applications will be kept on file for future consideration. While immediate assignments may not always be available, qualified candidates may be considered for project opportunities as business needs arise.

How to Apply

Please complete the following application to be considered as a Blue Icon consultant. You must have at least five years of experience administering financial aid to apply. As a part of our evaluation process, we may contact references not listed on your resume or reference list to gain additional insights into your qualifications and experience.

This application is broken into three parts:

1. Demographic information: Fill out the form below. 
2. Document upload: Have the required application documents ready to upload as separate files:
   1. Cover Letter
   2. Resume
   3. References
   4. Writing Assignment(s)
3. Work preferences questionnaire: After completing Parts 1 and 2, you will receive an email to complete the online questionnaire to finalize your application.

Your application will not be considered complete until all three parts have been successfully completed.
