David Alexander

David Alexander serves as director of financial assistance compliance at ECPI University. David has over 15 years of financial aid leadership experience, serving in the roles of financial aid manager, financial aid director, and director of financial assistance compliance throughout his career. David has earned his bachelor's degree and his MBA from Kaplan University, now Purdue University Global. David served as president of FASFAA (Florida) from 2017-18 and 2018-19, while also having the privilege of serving with the Southern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (SASFAA) and NASFAA in various roles. Some of his previous roles include vendor sponsor chair, Electronics Committee, NASFAA Program Task Force 2021-22, SASFAA Director’s Summit chair 2022-23, and SASFAA GAP committee 2022-23. Over the years, David has also presented and moderated conference sessions at the state, regional, and national level.
