The NASFAA Compliance Engine and Policies & Procedures Builder were built for financial aid administrators to effectively manage compliance administration.
The two components of this online tool combine checklists from the highly-valued Self-Evaluation Guide and templates from the Policies & Procedures Toolkit with easy-to-use collaborative features, allowing your institution to centralize all compliance and policies and procedures information online.
The Compliance Engine includes a series of checklists from the NASFAA Self-Evaluation Guide, allowing administrators to evaluate their programs in a centralized, shared online space. Compliance Engine checklists are complimentary for all NASFAA members, included with your dues.

This module guides you step-by-step through the creation of a centralized, accessible policies and procedures manual.
Standard and Value members can request an invoice to add the P&P Builder subscription to their 2017–18 membership for $99/year, per institution. Each year, users will have the opportunity to keep or remove the P&P Builder from their renewal invoice.
Value Plus members receive complimentary access to the P&P Builder as part of the Value Plus package.
NASFAA's Policies & Procedures (P&P) Builder allows schools to copy, paste, and format new and existing policies and procedures content in one centralized tool. We understand that financial aid offices have many competing priorities and getting your existing manual into the P&P Builder can be time-consuming. NASFAA is pleased to offer an option for schools that want help with this work from experienced professionals. Financial Aid Services (FAS), NASFAA’s preferred provider for P&P conversions, has tenured consultants with deep financial aid knowledge who can do the heavy lifting for you.
