Anne McDermott, FAAC®
EASFAA Representative, Salve Regina University
Anne McDermott works as the director of financial aid at Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island. With over two decades of experience in enrollment management, Anne has been active in state and regional financial aid associations as a presenter, committee member/chair, and elected officer. A past president of EASFAA and RIASFAA, she has also served EASFAA in various roles such as on the finance committee, and as a conference co-chair, credential trainer, and state representative. Anne has been honored for her work by receiving the EASFAA Outstanding State Representative award, EASFAA Committee of the Year award, and Partner of the Year award from the Student Affairs team at Salve. In addition to her work in financial aid, Anne has taught managerial communications, organizational behavior, and leadership and ethics. In her free time, Anne spends time at her home in Rhode Island with her husband and two children.
