Weekly meetings are recorded for those who develop unexpected conflicts during the 6-week period. However, live virtual attendance is needed each week for dialog and conversation as we discuss application of ideas and concepts.

Group Size

Registration is limited to facilitate an active, small group experience. Seats are reserved at registration and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If a group is canceled for any reason, a refund will be provided or priority registration will be offered for the next scheduled group.

Your group will focus on key topics during the 6-week experience.

Defining P&Ps

You will examine policies and procedures to build a solid foundational understanding of what defines a policy and procedure.

Evaluating P&Ps for Compliance and Best Practices

You will gain an understanding of how to analyze and review an existing policy and procedure and apply your knowledge in performing an assessment.

Learning to Develop P&Ps

You will utilize identified resources that guide your development and practice drafting or editing policies and procedures that are required for your Title IV Federal Student Aid administration.

Understanding the P&P Cycle

You will explore how to identify needed updates to keep your well developed policies and procedures current and consistent with your office operations.

Maintaining and Managing P&Ps

You will define a project plan to guide you in constructing all policies and procedures to create a comprehensive manual.

Presenting your Strategy to Institutional Leadership

You will deliver a capstone presentation that communicates your strategy for creating all required policies and procedures and the importance of managing the written documentation effectively in a culture of compliance.
