Log in to your myNASFAA account and edit your email settings under the Email Options tab. Note that not all member types have access to edit their subscription. How do I unsubscribe from Today's News?
To unsubscribe from Today's News or set a vacation stop, log in to your myNASFAA account and edit your email settings under the Email Options tab. Note that some member types may not be able to re-subscribe using the online tool. I unsubscribed from Today's News/NASFAA emails. Why am I still receiving emails?
It may take three to seven business days before you stop receiving emails. Also, there are some emails that are required and you may still receive based on user activity or an institution’s membership type. You can find these listed on the Email Options page of myNASFAA. Sometimes a recent phone update can cause email applications to have issues properly displaying emails. While we work toward resolving the issue, you can "reply" or "forward" the Today’s News email & it will re-compile in the outgoing draft and be viewable. You may also view Today's News in your web browser at nasfaa.org/todays-news.
