NASFAA’s three-pronged mission calls for training and professional development of financial aid administrators, public policy and advocacy efforts that increase student access to and success in postsecondary education, and a forum for communication and collaboration on student financial aid issues. NASFAA uses research and data analysis whenever possible to support all three areas of our overarching mission. As an organization, we are committed to using data to inform our decisions and to help better serve students and our members.
We are pleased to offer financial aid data resources—including those that demonstrate the value of attaining a higher education and our research and grant projects.
We acknowledge those who have contributed greatly and excel in the area of student aid research through the Robert P. Huff Golden Quill Award, given at our annual National Conference.
