NASFAA Digital Badges

A New Way to Showcase Your Professional Achievements

NASFAA digital badges provide a secure, verifiable way to showcase professional accomplishments. Digital badges help you demonstrate expertise and share achievements with colleagues, employers, and professional networks.

Unlike a static image or certificate, each digital badge contains verified information about the accomplishment, including who issued it, what the qualifications were, and when it was awarded.

What is a Digital Badge?

A digital badge is an online representation of a professional achievement. Each badge is backed by verified metadata that confirms:

  • The achievement earned
  • The issuing organization (NASFAA)
  • The date it was awarded
  • The criteria required to earn it
  • Any applicable expiration or renewal information

Because badges are verified, employers and colleagues can easily confirm the authenticity of each accomplishment.

Badges Currently Available

NASFAA currently awards digital badges to recognize the following accomplishments:

As the digital badge program grows, additional badge opportunities may be introduced.
