Kenneth (Ken) Ferreira
EASFAA Representative, Suffolk University
Ken Ferreira is an enrollment and student financial aid professional with more than 25 years of experience. He began his career as a Federal Work-Study student at Notre Dame College in Manchester, New Hampshire. Since December 2024, he has served as assistant vice president for student financial services at Suffolk University in Boston, leading a 20-person team, including the university’s one-stop service center. Ken served as the 2025-26 President of the Eastern Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (EASFAA), where he has been active since 1999. From 2005 to 2024, he held senior roles at Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire, including serving as vice president for institutional planning & effectiveness, helping integrate financial services and advance strategic planning. He also served four terms as president of the New Hampshire Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators. Since 2005, he has been an active board member of Community Crossroads, which is part of a cadre of area agencies designated by the state of New Hampshire that serve people with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders. He is the current vice president of the Board. Ferreira lives in New Hampshire with his wife, Jennifer, and their two children.
