Danchees "D." Ingram

Danchees “D.” Ingram, MBA, FAAC® is the associate director of student financial aid at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. With over 15 years of experience in financial aid and training and development, she has served students at community colleges, proprietary institutions, and graduate/professional institutions. Ingram has held leadership roles at the state, regional, and national levels, including serving as past president of TASFAA and as the inaugural secretary of the NASFAA Board of Directors. A recognized leader, she is a TASFAA Trailblazer and SWASFAA Philo Brasher Emerging Leadership Award recipient, and a graduate of the NASFAA Developing Leaders Pipeline (previously the Diversity Leadership Program). Grounded in servant leadership, she is committed to advancing equity, fostering collaboration, and ensuring diverse voices are represented in the profession.
