Courtenay serves as the human resources coordinator at the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA). In this role, she supports the operations team and helps keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. She brings over six years of experience in operations and compliance, supporting large, multi-site organizations through effective onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Courtenay is based in Houston, TX. Outside of work, you can find her spending quality time with family and friends or cheering on her favorite teams at live sporting events.
