Regulatory Specialist, NASFAA
Norma Robinson joined NASFAA's Training and Regulatory Assistance team as a regulatory specialist in 2022. After working briefly in admissions and advising, Norma found her niche in financial aid, where she has over 15 years of experience. Prior to joining NASFAA, Norma worked at Barry University, serving undergraduate as well as graduate and professional students as a financial aid counselor, an assistant director, and finally as senior associate director. She holds a bachelor's degree from Florida State University and a master's degree from Barry University. As a near-lifelong Florida resident, Norma has lived all over the state, but settled in South Florida in 2007. She lives in Hollywood, FL with her husband and Chinese Crested dog, and enjoys reading, kickboxing, and listening to podcasts.
