Tiffany Gibbs
Director of Online Compliance Products, NASFAA
Tiffany Gibbs is the director of online compliance products at the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA). Some of her responsibilities include managing NASFAA's Compliance Engine, the Student Aid Reference Desk (formerly NASFAA's Student Aid Index), researching regulatory questions, developing and updating training materials for NASFAA members, and facilitating courses for NASFAA U. One of her favorite subjects is satisfactory academic progress. Tiffany has been in the financial aid profession since 2005. Before joining NASFAA in 2011, Tiffany's last role at a school was as an assistant director in the financial aid office at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). Her experience with the UMBC financial aid office was that of a generalist, touching files as a counselor as well as overseeing the ISIR import process. Tiffany calls Fayetteville, NC home. She and her husband are parents of two sons.
