The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) on Thursday announced that it is taking action against the owner of a student loan debt relief company that allegedly, without authorization, withdrew hundreds of thousands of dollars from student borrowers’ bank accounts, by obtaining their account information from a previous debt relief scammer that the agency shut down in 2016.

In the height of the pandemic, many financial aid offices took their processes online and asked aid administrators to start working 100% remotely. However, over time, some schools have brought staff back to campus, while others work a hybrid schedule, and others remain remote. We'd like to hear from you about where things stand now. NASFAA UPDATES AND ANNOUNCEMENTS

No and Yes. The extra days are not included in the denominator but are included in the numerator for purposes of the 49% R2T4 exemption calculation. The extra days are included in both the numerator and denominator for purposes of determining the percentage of the payment period or period of enrollment the student completed in the R2T4 calculation itself (the 60% calculation).
