In this monthly round-up in Today's News, we would like to highlight what’s going on in your state and regional associations. This month, we have the opportunity to hear from our colleagues from Texas, Nebraska, Tennessee, California, Puerto Rico, the Midwest Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (MASFAA), the Western Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (WASFAA), the Southern Association of Financial Aid Administrators (SASFAA), and the Southwest Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (SWASFAA).

NASFAA's annual Business Meeting this year will be conducted virtually at 2:00 p.m. ET on May 22, 2024 as part of the Policy Update Webinar. NASFAA's Bylaws dictate that the association must meet annually for the purpose of transacting all business which may be brought before the membership. The meeting will include reports on NASFAA's financial status, FAAC^® program, governance and oversight, and diversity efforts.

NASFAA is seeking a financial aid expert to join its Business Services team as a project manager. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced financial aid professional who is ready for a career change and would enjoy helping NASFAA grow its consulting business, Blue Icon Advisors.
