Consumer Information: What You Need To Know

Consumer information efforts focus on helping students and families make informed decisions about postsecondary education and the associated financial commitments. While meeting consumer information requirements is a university-wide endeavor, it often falls to the financial aid office to ensure all bases are covered. In this webinar, Kochie Vaughn and Michelle Thompson will address some upcoming consumer information enhancements, as well discuss some common compliance gaps. Institutions that hold a Value Plus-Level NASFAA membership, and those that have purchased NASFAA's Webinar Package, must have already made their payment for the 2025-26 fiscal year for this webinar to appear as free during the checkout process.
