NEWS FROM NASFAA

In the book titled "Leadership in Higher Education," authors James Kouzes and Barry Posner bring their expertise to higher education, offering five practices that can make any college or university leader into an exemplary leader. "Leadership in Higher Education is a good starting point for someone who is curious about or new to the leadership practice. It provides relatable anecdotes, concepts, and practices that one can easily apply to their daily lives without getting too deep into the weeds," writes Eroica Davis, associate director of financial aid at the Florida Institute of Technology, who read the book and shared her opinions of its content with NASFAA. What follows are her takeaways, thoughts, and reflections.
